5)VIN Number (This 13 digit number is located on
the dash of your car as well as the drivers door

6)Door Tag Numbers: Paint, Trim, Body, Model,
Month/Yr of car code
Numbers, etc. (The PAINT code is a
5 digit code listed first and the Trim Code is a
4 digit code. Be sure to include the Month and
year too!);__________
7)Current and original Engine;__________
8)Transmission;__________
9)Actual Mileage;____________
10)Options;__________
11)Owned since;__________
12)Known previous Owner info (names, dates,
location);__________
13)Other comments;__________
14)Is it ok to add your first name and last
initial
and e-mail, or webpage, next to your AMX's
listing on the listing page?__________
15)Picture of your car...........
